Our Patient Education Program meets the American Diabetes Association/NCQA standards for Diabetes Self Management Education.

This service is covered by Medicare, Hill Physicians Medical Group, and many other insurances.

Our practice has consistently been rated in the top 5% of physicians for both patient satisfaction and clinical excellence measures by Hill Physicians Medical Group.

Dr. Schultz is a clinician/educator for the Hypertension Education Program of the National Heart Lung and Blood Institute.

Both Dr. Schultz and Dr. Titov are Board Certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine.

Dr. Schultz had an article about diabetes in the Castro Valley Forum in November 2009. Most of that article is reproduced at this site on the last page as Dr. Schultz article-diabetes.
